What is the fitting of the jerseys?

All our cycling jerseys are designed for a perfect fit while cycling, so they might be shorter on the front than expected. If you stand upright, you’ll notice that the front is shorter than the rear. This ensures that the shirt fits perfectly while riding your bicycle.

How should I wash the products?

Before washing the jersey, we advise you to fully close both zippers.

We recommend washing your cycling clothing separately from other clothing. Wash it in the washing machine at maximum 40°C and do not use too much detergent. Do not use fabric softener. The fabric softener damages the fibers of the fabric and “fills” the fibers, which results in a lower absorbtion capacity. Never use a detergent or products containing plasticizers or bleach, as these products endanger the softness of the fabric under all circumstances.

Do not put cycling clothes in the dryer and do not iron shorts and jerseys.

Are the prices VAT included?

Prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT (value added tax) for European Community.

Do I need to make an account?

You do not have to create an account to place an order. However, we do recommend it. This way you can always view all your data, previous orders, invoices etc.

How to Track & Trace my order?

Yes, it is possible to follow your order with a Track & Trace code, which you’ll recieve by email. We ship mainly with PostNL / MyParcel. As soon as your package has been delivered by us to the post office, you will receive an automatic email containing the Track & Trace code. However this Track & Trace service is not available in all countries.

My payment has not been successful, why?

Make sure the information you entered on the checkout page are correct, that your credit card has enough availability to cover the amount of the purchase and that your credit card has not been expired. We do not accept payments made by cash or debit cards (outside The Netherlands.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Maestro American Express and PayPal.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time varies depending on the delivery country.
Europe: Delivery in 3-6 working days.
USA: Delivery in 4-8 working days.
Australia/New-Zealand: Delivery in 8-12 working days.
Other countries Delivery in 8-12 working days.

Please note: If you place an order during the holiday’s it might take longer to deliver.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

How do I know the payment is safe?

During the order process and payment, we use a secure SSL connection. This SSL connection ensures that the payment information is sent encrypted over the internet. You can recognize the secure connection by the green lock in the Internet browser bar.

Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal payments. You can pay directly from our website by PayPal. You do need to have a PayPal account to pay by PayPal .

Would I be charged customs duties?

You may be charged custom fees and duties based on your country’s prevailing policies. All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer’s responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import. Vedette Incognito has no control over these and will not refund customers for any of these charges.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders below €225,- we apply the following shipping costs:
€8,95 for european countries
€14,95 for the rest of world

Returns & Exchanges

Is the size which your ordered not correct? Exchanging or returning is possible up to 30 days after your purchase date.

Send an email to info@vedette-incognito.cc with the subject ‘Return shipment’. We will give you shipment/address information etc. The apparel must be in unused, in undamaged condition and in its original packaging. The shipping costs are for your own expense. The shipping cost vary per country.

We will refund the money within 14 working days. If you want to exchange an item, report this by email.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Except to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria and North Korea.
